At Home Zone Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new furniture doesn't fit your space or meet your expectations, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Customer Support
Reach out to our support team via phone or email with your order number to initiate a Return Authorization (RA) request.
- 2.Prepare Item for Pickup
Ensure all items are in their original condition and packaging; our team will schedule a convenient time for a professional pickup from your residence.
- 3.Inspection Process
Once the furniture arrives back at our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the items to verify they are in like-new condition.
- 4.Receive Refund or Credit
After approval, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method, or a store credit will be issued for your next purchase, minus any applicable restocking fees.
